When working with the craniosacral rhythm - fuelled by the flow of cerebral spinal fluid - the practitioner is able to feel into misalignments in the craniosacral and fascial system by allowing the body to show its patterns. After assessing these patterns, the practitioner supports the body to release them using gentle techniques, creating lasting effects.

For your comfort while working in the sacral and abdominal area, your practitioner will work through the sheet. However you are welcome to wear comfortable shorts during your session if that suits you best!
