This initial consultation includes a detailed health and lifestyle intake, treatment overview, treatment and herbal prescription (if desired) and home care. Treatment itself may include any TCM modalities agreed upon such as, acupuncture, cupping, tuina/acupressure, gua sha, and craniosacral therapy.
Please note your practitioner will remain nearby, in the treatment room while your acupuncture needles are in, if you would like to bring your own ear plugs or headphones please feel free to do so!

This session is designed for existing patients who are not interested in acupuncture or acupressure massage, but would like to benefit from Traditional Chinese herbs and lifestyle recommendations only. 
Please note this is not covered by personal health insurers. Following you treatment, your personalized herbal prescription will be available for payment and pick up at the TCM Herbal Dispensary.

Using a combination of deep tissue massage, craniosacral therapy, myo-fascial cupping to address your primary concern from multiple lenses with focus on connecting the mental-emotional, physical and spiritual aspects - which really cannot be separated. Intuitively weaving in and out of these modalities in a single session will help to optimize results by healing the branch and root at together. No two sessions will be the same, we meet where you are at each day and work with your unique patterns.

Follow up Integrative Massage

Follow up Integrative Massage - Child 12yr + Under

Working with the craniosacral rhythm - fuelled by the flow of cerebral spinal fluid - the practitioner is able to feel into misalignments in the craniosacral and fascial system by allowing the body to show its patterns. After assessing these patterns, the practitioner supports the body to move through and release them, creating lasting effects.

Craniosacral Therapy

*Please note, I am only accepting new massage patients by referral - email to book including who referred you for massage. If you are new to the clinic and have not been referred, I am continuing to take new TCM & Acupuncture patients which includes aspects of massage, cupping and craniosacral where I would love to work with you!*

*Please select this option if you are a new patient and you will be sent an Intake Form to fill it out prior to your treatment.

For your comfort while working in the sacral and abdominal area, your practitioner will work through the sheet. However you are welcome to wear comfortable shorts during your session if that suits you best!

INITIAL Craniosacral Therapy

This session includes 60 mins of hands-on Reiki healing, leaving space to discuss your experience and how to further integrate your session into your daily routine, as well as messages from spirit or guides that come through during your session.
