Using a combination of deep tissue massage, craniosacral therapy, myo-fascial cupping to address your primary concern from multiple lenses with focus on connecting the mental-emotional, physical and spiritual aspects - which really cannot be separated. Intuitively weaving in and out of these modalities in a single session will help to optimize results by healing the branch and root at together. No two sessions will be the same, we meet where you are at each day and work with your unique patterns.
